We love a good heritage project, so we thoroughly enjoyed working on The Gresham a couple of years ago. This restaurant guide award is just another to add to the long list of awards they’ve already got under their belt. We highly recommend popping in for a drink next time you’re in the city.
The Bounty Restaurant and Bar is Rosalie’s newest restaurant and bar with a beautiful seasonal menu and incredible fit out, if we do say so ourselves. Don’t take our word for it though, check out these photos of the space by the very talented architectural photographers at Camera Obscura.
As the final touches are being made at The Sportsman Hotel, we have taken a moment to look at the before and after!! It’s been so long in the making that we forgot how it looked in the beginning and how much it has transformed!
