Cove Bar & Dining is a fresh modern casual dining and concept, situated within Southbanks most recent development, “Riverbend”. Sitting right on the edge of the Brisbane River just metres from the waters edge, this little culinary delight offers unsurpassed views of both the river and the Brisbane city skyline. In keeping with the clients desire to create a casual but distinctive dining experience the design reflects a sense of lavishness, while also boasting some quirky features. Cove’s main attraction is a gold feature wall of drawers – each adorned with an antique drawer pull. Open drawers are lit with warm amber light creating a sense of sumptuousness and luxury, with each drawer providing a display space for the varied offering of spirits, liquors and wines. Cove is the result of the desire to create a totally premium, unique, intimate space. The space offers patrons all year round dining in a unique waterfront location, by utilizing the alfresco style terrace that flows along the river banks right outside the restaurants front door.
